I attend several events each year. Will my personal registration information be kept in the Metro ECSU system for later registrations?

Yes, once you have signed up, you will not have to type in your contact information again unless it changes.

Can I access my registration(s) information later?
Yes. Using the same user name (your email) and password each time you register will allow you to view your history of Metro ECSU event registration and participation.

How do I make my payment?

Online payment is not currently an option. Please make checks payable to “Metro ECSU” and mail to the address below with a printed copy of your registration confirmation.
Payment is due immediately. If payment is not received by the event date or as otherwise stated on the registration information for that event, a 30 day grace period will be allowed prior to issuing an invoice with an additional $10 fee. Note: The online registration system does provide the option for arranging payment by your school or district.

Will I receive a confirmation of registration?
You will recieve a printable onscreen confirmation after you register, as well as an e-mail confirmation.

What if I want to cancel a registration?
If you want to cancel your registration, you must contact the "registration contact" person assigned to that event before the cancellation deadline. (Please check the event catalog for the specific information for each event.) Refunds are possible only if cancellation is communicated prior to the deadline. If you do not attend and do not cancel prior to an event, you are still responsible for payment and will be billed.

What if I have questions about the event?
Each event is assigned a "program contact" (for content information) and a "registration contact" (for registration and payment information). Phone numbers/e-mail for these individuals are listed in the event catalog. Or call the Metro ECSU reception desk (612-638-1500) to locate the appropriate person for your question.

What if I require special accommodations in order to participate in an event?
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact Metro ECSU at least two weeks prior to the workshop/event if you need any type of special accommodations in order to participate. For more details about asking for an ASL interpreter, see the next question.

What if I need an ASL interpreter?
If an ASL interpreter is needed, please call/email the registration contact for that event. and she will arrange for an interpreter. Please allow 2-3 weeks to schedule an interpreter. Metro ECSU requires two business days notice prior to the event to cancel an interpreter. If you fail to cancel, we reserve the right to bill your school/district for this expense.

How do I register for someone else?
You will need the correct personal information for the participant in order to register, including email address. If you need to assign a password, use the participant's first name, all lower case, no spaces.

Questions about a specific event should be directed to the individuals designated for that event. Contact names, phone numbers, and e-mails are listed with each event in the online catalog.

For general questions or directions during business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30, please call 612-638-1500. The receptionist will direct your call as needed. Use voicemail outside of business hours and you will be contacted the next business day.
